April 16, we gathered at the beautiful Wakonda Club to enjoy an evening of laughter, dance and wine! Guests enjoyed an extraordinary performance from Balled Des Moines with live Audio Description. Sommelier Robert Nielson from University Distributors kicked off the wineducation again this year. Ben Larks from Idle Cellars continued the hilarious wineducation as he led us through his curated selection of wines from his boutique winery in Sonoma County, California.
The evening was made even sweeter with specially-selected tastes from the chefs at the Wakonda and a silent auction filled with wonderful items from a number of generous donors.
